AI has moved fast in the digital world. In factories, laboratories, hospitals and robotic cells it has moved much more slowly, because there it has to meet sensors, physics, timing and safety.
That gap is engineering, not research. It takes people who understand optics and data pipelines, models and machine controllers, prototypes and production. That is the team we are building.
